Our experience in designing and delivering the latest iteration of the Workplace Equality Fund on behalf of the Scottish Government has only served to bolster our understanding of and commitment to fair work practices. As part of this contract, we work alongside almost 30 organisations across the private, public and third sectors to embed and disseminate Fair Work First practices throughout Scotland.
